Job Title: Architect
Reporting to: Senior Manager / Director
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team. You will be involved in various stages of architectural projects—from concept design to documentation and construction support—and will work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients. A strong eye for design, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills are essential.
At WTA, we are recognized for our innovative and bold conceptual design work. We expect candidates to bring a strong design foundation and a passion for meaningful, socially relevant architecture.

Strong conceptual design and technical documentation skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities
Design & Documentation
Contribute to design development, presentations, and technical documentation
Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and specifications
Ensure output meets design intent, quality standards, and code requirements
Coordination & Collaboration
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal teams for technical integration
Participate in client meetings and respond to design and documentation feedback
Support construction administration and resolve site-related issues
Project Delivery
Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
Assist in reviewing shop drawings and material submittals as required
Maintain effective project communication and documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
3–7 years of relevant work experience
Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects
Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory requirements
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Revit proficiency is a strong advantage
Licensed Architect or in pursuit of licensure
