Job Title: Sales Architect
Reporting to: Managing Director
As a Sales Architect, you will be a key representative of our architectural hardware line, building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors. Your role will involve driving sales by identifying client needs, providing expert consultations, and showcasing a curated portfolio of high-end hardware products. The ideal candidate is passionate about architecture and design, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and has a deep understanding of both the technical and aesthetic aspects of hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and grow relationships with architects, interior designers, and construction professionals.
Promote and sell architectural hardware by aligning solutions with project specifications and client requirements.
Achieve sales targets through strategic account management and client acquisition.
Client Consultation:
Provide technical guidance and design recommendations to clients, ensuring hardware solutions meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
Collaborate with design professionals to integrate hardware into their projects seamlessly.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with clients and the operations team to ensure timely product delivery and installation.
Provide after-sales support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Market Research:
Stay updated on trends in architecture, design, and hardware technology to maintain a competitive edge.
Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services.
Brand Representation:
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Conduct product presentations, seminars, and workshops to educate clients and build brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
Experience in sales, business development, or project coordination within the architecture, construction, or design industries.
Knowledge of architectural hardware products is an advantage, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Suite and presentation software.
Experience with AutoCad and SketchUp
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
