Arvin Pangilinan
Optimistic about the Future.
A 2014 graduate of the prestigious University of Santo Tomas, Arvin embarked on his architectural career at WTA Architecture and Design Studio. Progressing to the role of Director, his professional ethos revolves around advocating for a human-nature-centric approach to architecture. His commitment lies in prioritizing human interaction and maintaining respect for the human scale in every project.
In 2020, Arvin played the role of Festival Director for Anthology Festival 2020, Southeast Asia’s largest Architecture Festival. A testament to his global engagement, he represented his firm at the Archinesia Architecture Creative Forum in Indonesia in 2019. Additionally, he is recognized as a trailblazer for the internationally acclaimed Book Stop Project.
In response to the challenges posed by the pandemic, WTA in a collaborative effort with diverse stakeholders, including leaders, companies, the AFP, suppliers, Local Government Units, and volunteers. Together, they successfully designed and constructed 75 Emergency Quarantine.
