Zoey Courtyard Residences is a unique housing typology presenting a different vision of urban life for of Cavite. Located in Noveleta, a town of 41,678 people, it contrasts the large residential subdivisions of small or single housing units located within 1.5 kilometers from the Cavite Special Economic Zone with over 200 industrial locators. 

Derived from the Greek word “life,” Zoey is a linear loop structure that wraps around a protected pedestrian core. This is meant to allow much larger scale and greater density while maintaining a continuous open space. The development acts as a community center for Noveleta, responding to the surrounding estates and to the ecozone by developing a scale that can serve as an organizing center and complement the nearby industrial plants.
