< Back Director David Crisostomo Dave is a licensed architect based in Manila. He attained his bachelor's degree in architecture at University of Santo Tomas and has been practicing in WTA Architecture & Design Studio since 2014. His career first started 16 years ago in residential and commercial design and build for various developers. He and his team has worked and collaborated on an assortment of projects in the studio both in design and production. He hopes to improve the general human condition through the architectural setting, one space at a time.

Rebecca Plaza is the founder of Plaza + Partners, an interdisciplinary team of architects, interior designers and urban planners, working together to develop sustainable design solutions that are sensitive to the end users' needs and aspirations, supported by rigorous research and attention to detail. Since its establishment in 2015, the practice has worked on numerous public markets, community and commercial centers, hotels and civic buildings. Alongside this, Rebecca Plaza is the Festival Director of the annual Anthology Architecture and Design Festival, a three day event that brings together over 5000 local and international practitioners in the built environment, including principals and directors from Arup, Bjarke Ingels Group, Foster + Partners, MVRDV and Shigeru Ban. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at two of Britains top architectural firms: Jestico + Whiles and John McAslan and Partners. Rebecca graduated from the University of Bath where she was awarded the Sir Basil Spence Design Prize by HRH Prince Edward for exceptional multi-disciplinary design. Rebecca earned her Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Architecture and Urban Studies at the University of Cambridge, and has completed design and research studies at The Architectural Association and The University of Hong Kong on the architectural and urban development of historical London, Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong. She was awarded the Gold Medal in the 2016 Asia's Young Designer Awards and named one of Lifestyle Asia's 30 Gamechangers of 2017 and featured as People Asia's People of the Year 2017.

< Back Director Emmanuel Yadao Mannie acquired his bachelor's degree in architecture from the Mapua Institute of Technology in 1984 and passed the board exams of July 1986. He has been an architect for more than 30 years and had experienced a variety of architectural and engineering projects, and had a chance with working with several designers, consultants, and contractors both local and abroad. Early in his career, he worked as an architectural renderer, a detailer, graphic and layout artist, and part-time contributing designer for Home Ideas Magazine. He later joined the office of Asian Architects in 1991 and got involved in doing private residences, study centers, and schools notable of which is the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) Campus in Pasig. Mannie's work also included projects for the clergy, designing oratories, small chapels and church “retablos” or altar backdrops for several churches around metro manila. In the early part of the 2000s, he had a brief stint overseas being employed in several consulting firms in the Kingdoms of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain preparing architectural working drawings for different undertakings around the region like villas, supermarkets, and showrooms. Preferring to work in the Philippines rather than abroad, Mannie landed a job in construction as a project architect for DDT Konstract in 2004, assigned at the SM Supercenter Mall project in Cavite. In 2006 he was accepted at GF & Partners, Inc. as a Senior Architect and designated as one of the job captains to handle large scale projects including the Trinoma Mall in Q.C. and the Serendra East Tower Condominium in Taguig. Mannie joined the WTA Team in March 2014 as Project Manager and later as Associate Director

< Back Associate Director Rochelle Ong Graduating as the Batch Salutatorian and Thesis of the Year at the University of Santo Tomas, Rochelle began her career at WTA in 2017. During her budding years in the firm, she has played significant roles in the design of various projects, ranging from small-scale educational structures to mid-rise office towers and condominiums. Over a few years later, she now handles the overall design of master plans and building standards for WTA’s Public Housing Projects which will soon be home to thousands of Filipinos. She also shares a profound interest in Graphic Design which has driven her to be more inclined to the storytelling of spaces, to create architecture that are empathetic, user-friendly, and well-tailored to needs of its context.

Monica, a Mapua graduate, started her career at WTA, where she honed her skills by contributing to diverse projects and learning from seasoned architects. Her passion for design intertwines with her love for traveling to different places and connecting with people, each enriching the other in improving creativity and innovation. Monica continues to weave her love for architecture with her own team, exploring more possibilities and solutions in design.
