The hotel tower is set to become one of the tallest in the district. The condo-hotel hopes to provide world-class accommodations and amenities to the visitors and locals of the area. The complex has three main areas: the 25-storey residential condominium, the entertainment hub and the existing pool area. The design integrates vertical gardens that not only gives the new building identity but also provides enough privacy for each hotel and residential room. A continuous loop network creates a holistic and integrated complex for pedestrians.Facing the sea, the condo-hotel takes advantage of its surrounding views. Wooden slats serve as sun breakers that outline the structure’s facade. Additionally, voids in the form break the density of the 25-storey condominium that also provide a connection to nature.

In this 3,000 sqm space, we aim to attract both pedestrians and customers with cars to enjoy a spacious food and retail environment. The design is open with a lot of greenery, blurring the boundaries between the indoors and the outdoors. Both intimate and social spaces are made adaptable to many uses, with seating areas that can expand and contract easily and quickly. A “social staircase” acts as both a main staircase to the 2nd floor, while leaving parts of it as steps for people to sit down on alone or with others. Balconies and pocket gardens in our design play a big role in giving people more open areas, while still creating plenty of leasable space for tenants.

The site is located in Ferrol, Tablas Island fronting the ivory-white sands of Binucot beach. Also at its front is the Binucot Sea Turtle Sanctuary, where female turtles safely return from their migrations to lay eggs of their own, thus the property takes its name "Pawikan" from this phenomenon unique to the site. Locals take pride in the spectacular sunset view that can be witnessed in Binucot beach. It is considered to be a tourist destination that is largely uncharted in the country. Located in Noveleta, a town of 41,678 people, it contrasts the large residential subdivisions of small or single housing units located within 1.5 kilometers from the Cavite Special Economic Zone with over 200 industrial locators. Derived from the Greek word “life,” Zoey is a linear loop structure that wraps around a protected pedestrian core. This is meant to allow much larger scale and greater density while maintaining a continuous open space. The development acts as a community center for Noveleta, responding to the surrounding estates and to the ecozone by developing a scale that can serve as an organizing center and complement the nearby industrial plants. Zoey consists of walk-up ground level shop houses, twostorey row houses, modular apartment units, and executive suites. The units wrap around a vast pedestrian-only courtyard. This courtyard is zoned into distinct public spaces that allow interaction among different residential demographics and visitors. It has a grand lawn activity zone, a pool and amenities zone, a sports zone, and a 300-capacity clubhouse wrapping around this courtyard. There is a distinct multi-storey profile that allows better air flow and dramatic views from both inside and outside the courtyard. This articulation forms peaks and dips creating more unique spaces for the residences. The development is patterned after a new typology that integrates key features of an apartment home into a stacked single-unit mid-rise residential condominium. Each floor is designed to achieve both space requirement and privacy a family would typically require. As a whole development, the concept of stacked units creates a community of dwellers that have equal and easy access to social and community spaces. The building includes four car parking levels, an amenity floor - which includes a pool area and a gym, 12 floors for residential units, and a roof deck with a function room. Each residential unit takes up one entire floor, allowing for a spacious floor area for every homeowner similar to that of typical 3-storey apartment homes. Three-bedroom and four-bedroom units have been carefully designed and laid out to encourage collaboration and convergence in their common areas, while still maintaining privacy and serenity in spaces that are meant to be private. In all areas, movement around the home is meant to be natural and comfortable. Modern luxury is interpreted through sharp and daring curves, premium finishes and visually stimulating layouts. The Silhouette boasts a light and bright environment with stark contrasts that are strategically placed to maintain dynamism despite its cool and neutral color scheme. Physical elements within the Silhouette are ensured to have contrasting implementations on its effect to its users. Its sleek design features geometric forms and lush greenery, blending sweeping curves and bold lines. The façade showcases intricate motifs inspired by Art Deco’s geometric patterns, while large windows provide abundant natural light and panoramic views of Metro Manila. Inside, minimalist furnishings and innovative materials create a modern yet elegantly nostalgic ambiance. Inspired by the stacking of towers, the building’s design evokes a sense of upward motion, connecting the ground to the sky. At a height of 62 storeys, the development has views to the San Juan and Mandaluyong urbanities to the south with the backdrop of the Makati and Taguig skyline in the horizon.
