The 3.7-hectare lot is expected to have a curated mix of 12- and 15-storey towers, totaling to 23 towers in all. its completion will give Caloocan city more than 5,500 new homes for its growing population. The vertical housing buildings takes on an unconventional cruciform plan, which benefits the structure with more structural stability, more window surface areas, and wider green pockets in between towers. The façade design, on the other hand, takes advantage of the multiple breaks and corners of the building’s cruciform floor plate, to naturally define accented surfaces and neutral patterns. This creates an interesting building façade that works well within construction cost limits. A Solar Panel System and Rainwater Harvesters are also added. 2023 Golden Bay Extension High Gardens Yap Residence Silhouette Yung Green Harbor Hongji Gardens Imperial Era Mansions Park Royal Ongpin Supima Sports and Supima Residences Corner House Morong Farmhouse The Crossing Bataan Terminal and Convention Center Garden City Legazpi Park Terraces Chi Residences Jinxi Seaview City Chateau Lorraine Omni Gardens Baigad Bantayan Villas 15 Dancalan Residence Bacoor Bay C3 Residence Twelve Luxury Flats Chan Residence Brick House Balintawak Cloverleaf Roxas Condominium Casa Sol Chinatown Oasis The Urban Block Enclaves Residence Pockets of Nature Hiribaco Resort One Six Wilson Gardens Zoey Courtyard Residences Highlands Condo Residences Balay Doppio Artisan Tower Ikebana House The Empyrean Grand Titanic Cambridge Residences Riverpark Manila Upper West Parc Tropical Loggia Angeles Urban Hub Pawikan House Vivace Parkways Bougainvilla Residence Cloud Citadel Cruz Residence Balay Luce Cloudscape Tagaytay Esperanza Tower

The neighborhood boasts many features that its residents can enjoy, including a lush and scenic natural environment, land and water leisure activities offered by its surrounding gardens and man-made lake, and a cool climate all year round. The area is also under the Type IV climate, which means that it experiences an evenly distributed rainfall amount throughout the year. These features define the proposed model house designs for the neighborhood. Three concepts were produced to provide people with options for the varying lot sizes available. CONCEPT: AMPHIBIOUS HOUSE Adapting to the weather conditions of Caliraya the concept of the Amphibious House blends natural elements into the design by introducing rainwater collection systems and spacious interiors while keeping the privacy intact. Water plays a key feature in the design, by diverting collected pockets toward the inside of the house, adding a serene feel of the outdoors looking inward. CONCEPT: STACKED HOUSE The Stacked House draws upon Caliraya’s lush surroundings. It emulates the sense of intimacy of scale and proximity to greenery. Spaces open up to the natural flow of the wind, sunlight and plants in all directions. Rooms, hallways and bathrooms catch glimpses of flora through gaps and openings, pulling in the sense of nature into the most intimate aspects of a house. CONCEPT: GARDEN HOUSE To blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor, the concept of the Garden House focuses on orienting its living areas towards green spaces to embody Caliraya’s lush environment to the house. These gardens serve as breathing rooms through the given lot with a deep topography. Alternating between terraces, a courtyard, ample corners and balconies, the house is painted with greeneries and natural light that can be seen in all spaces of the house, continuing a sense of attachment with nature.
