Description

The Imus Master Plan is a mixed use development with a plot area of 15,000 sqm. Each area represents an individually unique piece. The intention of the design is to treat the complex as a big puzzle. Each area represents an individually unique piece, that when all connected together, can function efficiently as a whole. Different elements such as diagonal lines, folding patterns, and louvers were incorporated to add depth and create emphasis on certain areas. Dynamic and com- mon spaces act as glue and were placed carefully in strategic places to create a seamless connection between each piece of the puzzle.
