Design Development

Inspired by the modernist style, the design of the club house is a series of spaces intersected by planes which do not quite enclose or segregate the rooms. Instead, the intention is to create intimate pockets or moments in the building to break away from the larger communal areas. These ‘moments’ in some cases could be a bench surrounded by planters, or a more private area of the swimming pool created by the mass wall which breaks the length.
