The WTA family recently came together for a memorable four-day team building retreat in Boracay, held at Ondus Boracay. Against the backdrop of sun, sand, and sea, the event was designed not only as a break from the fast-paced rhythm of architectural practice, but as a celebration of the people who make up WTA.

The program combined activities that encouraged teamwork, creativity, and camaraderie, with plenty of time for rest and enjoyment. From laughter-filled games on the beach to shared meals and meaningful conversations, each moment highlighted the spirit of collaboration that defines our studio.

Team building has always been more than just an annual activity for WTA—it is an opportunity to strengthen bonds, deepen trust, and nurture a culture of openness and collaboration. Boracay offered the perfect setting to step away from the drawing boards and project deadlines, reminding us that strong relationships are the foundation of great work.

We return from this retreat recharged, inspired, and more connected, ready to take on new challenges with fresh energy and a stronger sense of unity. As we look ahead, we carry with us the lessons of Boracay: that creativity flourishes where teamwork thrives, and that the strength of WTA lies in its people.
