WTA is proud to share that Garden City, a six-tower residential development in Cavite designed by our team, has been honored with the award for Best Green Lifestyle Development at the DOT Property Philippines Awards 2025. The award was received by our client, Goldenbay, who continues to champion sustainable and future-ready communities.

This recognition marks Garden City’s second international accolade, following its win at the Outstanding Property Award in London (OPAL) in 2020. Together, these awards highlight the project’s commitment to integrating sustainable practices with thoughtful residential design—creating homes that are not only livable, but also environmentally responsible.
