The concept of “healthy buildings” sets the foundation for the rebirth of hospital architecture in the Philippines. This narrative explores a vision for healthcare facilities that focuses on the principles of creating a place not just for treatment, but a sanctuary for healing. This concept challenges traditional notions, transforming hospitals from sterile, intimidating places into warm, welcoming environments that promote health and healing for all Filipinos. It redefines medical institutions as not just a building but a living, breathing entity that evolves with the needs of its users. CONNECTIVITY In the context of EVMC, connectivity through the greenway bridge links the Legacy Building with the currently existing facilities, as well as the auxilliary buildings, allowing easier walkability from one point to another in the complex. INCLUSIVITY The Halfway house is as facility specifically intended for the families of patients who will be staying long- term, but can’t afford lodging while waiting for their loved-ones. This would be able to accomodate people who would be waiting for long periods of time, ensuring that they too, would have a pleasant experience within the hospital complex EFFICIENCY & COMPACTNESS Optimizing space and resources to enhance both patient care and operational workflows were one of the main considerations in designing the Legacy Hospital. Compactness in design helps reduce unnecessary movement and wasted space, improving response times and access to services With a limited space, the building being compact can also allow it to possibly be a blueprint for regional hospitals in the Philippines in the near future. This ensures that each floor area would be maximized to contribute to the efficiency of the operations of the whole healthcare facility. 2024 Sirius Stimulus Circuit Batangas Medical Center CUHK School of Medicine Emergency Quarantine Facilities Makati Life Hospital De La Salle University Phase 2 Manila Medical Center Eurocampus Manila QHI Hospital Eurocampus Surinam II Camarines Sur TESDA Training and Innovation Center Adamson Annex Building De La Salle University - Laguna Primary Care Center Calbayog District Hospital

Balay Doppoio explores the unique identities of its users – one a French-Filipina who is vibrant yet elegant, and the other a Sammarinese who is thoughtful and just so damn chill. The two unique entities are embodied in Balay Doppio, a fusion of each ones ethnic cultures. The exterior is muted yet sophisticated, it is daring and bold. The color palette of the external skin draws tones from Vernacular Filipino elements. It contrasts starkly with its interiors, one that is vibrant, bold and celebrates the couple’s Italian heritage. The key spaces flow into the garden, a core component that strings the home together. One enters upon the grand staircase, the interstitial space that is a focal point that connects all spaces vertically and horizontally. The living room is the receiving area where guests look upon the garden. The kitchen is the heart of the home, the hub to accommodate the couple’s love for family meals, hosting and parties. When the house is opened, the key spaces flow seamlessly into the garden, creating one grand space instead of compartmentalized sections. True to the home’s grounding concept of duality, Balay Doppio is enjoyed not only for entertaining and parties, but also for a place of solitude and quiet. The lush landscaping provides a vibrant sense of connection with the surroundings but also pockets of tranquility. Spaces within the interior are created for downtime; for relaxation and rest. The second floor is the private quarters that house the bedrooms while the basement hosts Andrea’s man cave, the library, staff quarters and utility spaces. It is a platform to witness family time, but also alone time. Balay Doppio is a witness of layered warmth and the narrative in which the Lhuillier-Albani family will unfold. 2024 Chi Residences Zoey Courtyard Residences The Crossing Legazpi Park Terraces Highlands Condo Residences Hongji Gardens Enclaves Residence Corner House Hiribaco Resort Cloudscape Tagaytay Balintawak Cloverleaf Bataan Terminal and Convention Center Jinxi Seaview City Yung Green Harbor The Urban Block Casa Sol Cloud Citadel One Six Wilson Gardens Vivace Parkways Cruz Residence Chinatown Oasis Cambridge Residences Roxas Condominium Riverpark Manila Grand Titanic 15 Dancalan Residence Esperanza Tower Supima Sports and Supima Residences Golden Bay Extension C3 Residence Upper West Parc Omni Gardens Pawikan House Silhouette Tropical Loggia Brick House Balay Luce Pockets of Nature Twelve Luxury Flats Bougainvilla Residence Imperial Era Mansions Ikebana House High Gardens Park Royal Ongpin Morong Farmhouse Garden City Artisan Tower Chateau Lorraine Angeles Urban Hub The Empyrean Chan Residence Baigad Bantayan Villas Yap Residence 4PH Housing Project Bacoor Bay

Each of the twelve luxurious residential flats is housed on its own exclusive and unique floor with a generous area of 258 square meters per unit. The residential floors combined with two storeys of commercial units and another storey for amenities result in a gross floor area of 6,500 square meters. In Twelve Luxury Flats, each unit is programmed to have generous spaces with daylighting and ventilation on all four faces of every unit. At one unit per floor, it offers the luxury of living in an expansive space with unrestricted views. The residential units are planned to cater to a unique setting of both private moments and social gatherings. The plan centers around a living and dining suite bounded by floor to ceiling windows that open up to luxurious veranda. This personal yet very open space allows for a blurring of the indoor and outdoor and creates an affinity with the sky. In form, the verandas sweep in and out creating an organic profile with its soft curves and clean flowing contour contrasting to its solid white and gray palette - humanizing the otherwise cold feel of modern contemporary buildings. This distinct profile coupled with its light scale works with the surrounding streetscape by creating a landmark in this uniquely organic setting instead of dominating and overpowering it. 2013 Enclaves Residence Supima Sports and Supima Residences Highlands Condo Residences Roxas Condominium Corner House Chateau Lorraine Baigad Bantayan Villas 4PH Housing Project Yung Green Harbor Pawikan House Imperial Era Mansions 15 Dancalan Residence The Urban Block Yap Residence Golden Bay Extension Cambridge Residences Casa Sol Chinatown Oasis Esperanza Tower C3 Residence Morong Farmhouse Balintawak Cloverleaf The Crossing Cloud Citadel Pockets of Nature Chi Residences Hiribaco Resort Silhouette Legazpi Park Terraces Park Royal Ongpin The Empyrean Artisan Tower Omni Gardens Vivace Parkways Cloudscape Tagaytay Riverpark Manila Grand Titanic Bacoor Bay Ikebana House Jinxi Seaview City Tropical Loggia High Gardens Hongji Gardens Cruz Residence Zoey Courtyard Residences Chan Residence Brick House Balay Luce Garden City Bougainvilla Residence Angeles Urban Hub Bataan Terminal and Convention Center Upper West Parc Balay Doppio One Six Wilson Gardens
