The proposed Aspen Office building is accessible from a narrow street and surrounded by low and mid-rise residential and office structures. The studio intended to create a design that would fit into this urban context, maintaining human scale and an intimate character of the small street on which it is located. Aspen's glass facade is one that is fluid, light, and enigmatic. It creates a strong presence and aims to be visible from all directions. Its program is straightforward, spacious, and creates a comfortable environment within.
