The tower will be a one stop shop featuring a supermarket, an appliance center, a furniture store, and a design center, catering to the varying needs of each household in the area. The Design Center, housing numerous designer brands in the construction industry, is a unique multi-level space highlighted by an amphitheater for different uses such as product presentations and lectures among others.

CONNECT 

The site is centrally located in the heart of San Juan, acting as a connecting tissue between its residents and their daily needs. Creating an accessible venue for grocery shopping, looking for the next living room couch, or even just a place to meet and hang out. 

COMPLIMENT 

Being a multi-functional structure, the tower compliments its surrounding environment in a lot of ways. A playfully designed facade offers a refreshing and iconic view along the monotonous stretch of Ortigas Avenue. Different kinds of stores will also contribute to the needs that will arise from future developments in the area. The Madison Design Center can also be qualified for a LEED Green Building Certification with just a few tweeks, complimenting not just the community but the environment as well. 

PLATFORM 

The program creates a platform for the display and distribution of networked and interrelated services and retailers by providing dedicated experiential spaces for the public. These platforms are prominently evident in the structure and create distinct spaces that further defines the aesthetic and experience of these brands.
