Description

The program calls for a mixed-use development with  higher concentration of residential blocks and supported  by commercial strips in Balintawak, Quezon City. The  residential blocks will complement the urban redevelopment  of Balintawak Cloverleaf area by addressing a need to  absorb and house the existing as well as the projected  density of the area. In doing so, the program shall also cater  to the recreational needs of the residents maximizing the  practicality of living amid a bustling city. The commercial  strips then support the residential block. However, it also  functions as community magnet drawing people in to the  development. Thus, contributing to the positive ripple effect  outward to the immediate communities. Complementing  the commercial spaces are public niches to attract people  to stay and further spend time in the development.
